The fastest reports are concrete. Include the page URL (and room ID if you were online), which game and mode you were in, browser and device, and what you expected versus what happened. A screenshot helps when the bug is visual or the board position matters.
What we can help with
- Board blank, AI silent, illegal move accepted or legal move blocked
- Online friend rooms that fail to join, desync, or drop mid-game
- PWA install or Add to Home Screen issues
- Broken links, missing pages, layout glitches on guide or legal pages
- Privacy or terms questions about local storage, rooms, analytics, or ads
- Game requests — tell us the title and how you want to play it
What we cannot do
- Recover a local high score or in-progress game after you clear site data
- Restore an online room after both sides leave and the room is gone
- App-store refunds, APK installs, or school-filter bypass advice
- Certify tournament strength for AI difficulty levels
- Host ranked matchmaking lobbies or public open tables
